Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. However, if you have subscribed for yearly package, you will not be refunded for the remaining contract period. If you have chosen month to month package and, if you cancel in-between the month, then, you will not be refunded for the remaining days of the month. During that period, your account will be active and, you will be able to use all the services provided in the package that you had chosen.
We will not send a notification of renewal unless there is a change in subscription terms. All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your last email of record. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so before the Renewal Date. Please keep a record of when your subscription term ends and the next Renewal Date. You are responsible for timely canceling your subscription regardless of whether you receive any notice from us. Bid Crawl sends out notifications specifically targeted for you by country, industry and geographical location. You may sometimes get notifications in-between the day if an addendum is added and you have favorited the agency. You can also manage your alerts in your dashboard.
We try our level best to cover all agencies and some might get missed in the process. If you are looking for an agency and can’t find it in the list, please email us at info@bidcrawl.com and we will make sure to add it to our list.
No. With thousands of agencies listed in several different sources, it will possible that we might miss some. However, our experienced agents and industry leading search algorithms cover a lot of agencies.
